JAMES MUSGRAVE A.D.R.M. - Sales & Marketing Guru | Chief Nerd
James learned his vast majority of his sales and marketing skills working in the radio industry for nearly ten years at various stations around Australia, including the Austereo and Macquarie Regional Radio networks. During this time, he became very adept at focusing on the results of an advertising campaign and maximising the the client's return on investment. Now helping clients build their business through the internet rather than with 30 seconds of air, James is still focused on providing results.
At Central Coast Web Design, James is primarily responsible for customer relations and liaison, discussing what a clients needs to have on their web site and ensuring that they understand the best ways to promote their business on the internet. He is also the in-house photographer and is the resident copywriter, having a background in writing radio commercial scripts and being a published author on internet marketing for small business.
In his spare time, James is a bit of a sports and fitness junkie. He enjoys running, cycling, swimming and doing all three together in triathlons. He is also keen on speed skating, mountian biking and sea kayaking, and also plays soccer and ultimate frisbee. James is a patrolling member and Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator of Soldiers Beach Surf Live Saving Club.
JOANNE MUSGRAVE - Creative Director | Project Manager | Deputy Nerd
Joanne met husband James online, funnily enough, after he visited the very first website she ever made. Joanne has honed her skills a great deal over the last decade and is often found surfing the net and with her nose inside books on web design, programming and search engine optimisation.
Away from the computer, Central Coast Web Design's Creative Director is, you guessed it, a bit creative. A classically trained pianist, Joanne has been playing the piano since the age of five and has also dabbled in guitar, bass guitar, flute, violin, the saxophone and singing. Joanne also enjoys torturing small trees, know in some circles as Bonsai, and has been known to spend way too much time in Scrapbooking stores.
Joanne is responsible for the artwork and layout of all the Central Coast Web Design sites. Nothing goes online without final approval from the creative director. This consistency sets Central Coast Web Design apart from larger agencies who have a high staff turn-over. As owner operators, you will always see the same high level of service.
Joanne is also responsible for the installation and set up of the many content management systems used by Central Coast Web Design, including news updaters, photo galleries, online shops, bulletin boards and many more (and the writing of all those easy to understand tutorials clients can't live without!).

Also on hand are a team of dedicated sub-contractors who we have developed a long-standing working relationship with. From graphic designers to database programmers, any portion of a web design job that is outside our scope of expertise is outsourced to only the best. We're smart enough to know what we excel at, and care about our clients enough to get them only the very best, even if it's from someone else.
